Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join our education training organization The role involves sourcing screening and hiring IT professionals and trainers for various technology courses and internal requirements Key Responsibilities End-to-end recruitment for IT roles Business Development Executive CRM Placement and technical trainers Full Stack Java Python Data Science Cloud DevOps etc Source candidates through job portals LinkedIn social media referrals and internal databases Screen resumes conduct initial HR interviews and assess technical fit Coordinate interviews with trainers faculty heads and technical panels Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process Maintain recruitment trackers MIS reports and candidate databases Handle offer rollouts negotiations and joining formalities Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future requirements Collaborate with academic and delivery teams to understand skill requirements Support hiring for interns freelancers and contract trainers as needed Strong understanding of IT technologies and tools Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree HR MBA or related field preferred Solid understanding of IT technologies and education training roles Experience with job portals Naukri indeed LinkedIn etc Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously Good organizational and documentation skills Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Work Location In person
