Experience 4-5 years manufacturing production Fabrication About Company We are a growing manufacturing company focused on productivity quality and continuous improvement We are looking for a Production Engineer who can efficiently manage shop-floor operations and ensure timely production with optimal resource utilization Job Responsibilities Plan organize and control daily production activities Prepare and execute production schedules to meet delivery targets Coordinate with Design Quality Stores Maintenance and Purchase teams Monitor and improve productivity efficiency and cycle times Ensure production output meets quality standards and specifications Handle manpower allocation shift planning and shop-floor supervision Reduce rework rejection downtime and production losses Implement SOPs work instructions and safety practices Maintain production records reports and MIS Support continuous improvement cost reduction and lean initiatives Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions Required Skills Strong experience in manufacturing production operations Knowledge of production planning control PPC Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Understanding of manufacturing processes machining fabrication assembly Basic knowledge of quality systems and inspection requirements Familiarity with ISO 9001 QMS preferred Good leadership communication and coordination skills Qualification Diploma B E B Tech in Mechanical Production Industrial Related Engineering Salary Benefits Salary 30 000 - to 35 000 - per month negotiable based on experience Benefits include Leave holiday advantages as per company policy Leave Encashment Stable long-term opportunity Preferred Candidates 4-5 years of experience in manufacturing production Experience handling shop-floor teams Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
