Job Posting Accountant 5-10 Years Experience mandatory Location Bonogram Joka Kolkata Employment Type Full-Time Salary 20 000 - 25 000 per month About the Role We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day financial operations statutory obligations GST Income Tax compliance and company licensing documentation The ideal candidate must have solid experience in Tally GST filing Income Tax return filing and government licensing processes Key Responsibilities Accounting Bookkeeping Maintain accurate books of accounts in Tally ERP Handle all daily accounting entries including sales purchase expenses bank reconciliation and petty cash Manage payable and receivable ledgers and ensure timely follow-ups Taxation GST Income Tax Prepare and file monthly quarterly GST returns GSTR-1 GSTR-3B GSTR-9 etc Manage GST reconciliation 2A 2B reconciliation Prepare and file Income Tax returns TDS returns and ensure compliance Handle tax audits and coordinate with CA firms as required Statutory Government Licensing Maintain and renew required factory labour pollution control food safety FSSAI and other government licences Ensure timely submission of statutory documents and avoid penalties Financial Statements Reports Prepare monthly P L balance sheet cash flow reports Assist in budgeting and financial planning Provide management with regular financial insights and variance reports Internal Controls Compliance Maintain proper documentation and audit-ready records Implement internal controls to safeguard financial data Support external and internal auditors during audit cycles Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s Degree in Commerce B Com M Com preferred 5-10 years of hands-on accounting experience in a manufacturing or trading company Proficiency in Tally ERP MS Excel GST portals and Income Tax portal Strong knowledge of GST TDS Income Tax rules and compliance Experience in government licensing processes FSSAI Factory License Labour License Pollution etc Strong analytical organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines What We Offer Monthly salary 20 000 - 25 000 based on experience Professional and stable work environment Opportunity to handle complete accounting independently Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Ability to commute relocate Joka Kolkata West Bengal Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Required Experience Accounting 5 years Required Work Location In person
