The Sales Coordinator - Operations will support the sales team by coordinating daily sales activities managing order processing dispatch coordination MIS reporting and ensuring smooth communication between sales production dispatch and accounts teams to achieve sales targets efficiently Key Responsibilities Sales Order Coordination Coordinate with field sales team for daily orders schemes and market requirements Prepare and process sales orders accurately and timely Follow up with distributors retailers and sales executives for order confirmation Dispatch Operations Support Coordinate with dispatch and production teams for order execution and delivery schedules Ensure timely dispatch of goods as per sales plan Track dispatch status and resolve delivery-related issues MIS Reporting Prepare daily weekly and monthly sales MIS reports Maintain sales data secondary sales reports and stock movement records Share performance updates with management Inter-Department Coordination Coordinate between Sales Accounts Production and Logistics teams Support billing team for invoice corrections and documentation Assist in resolving payment shortage and damage-related issues Market Sales Support Assist in implementation of sales schemes and promotions Maintain distributor and customer master data Support sales team during recent product launches and market expansion Required Skills Competencies Strong coordination and communication skills Good knowledge of FMCG sales operations Proficiency in MS Excel MIS reports data tracking Ability to multitask and work under pressure Basic understanding of billing dispatch and inventory flow Qualification Experience Graduate Any Graduate preferred Min 2-4 years experience in FMCG sales coordination operations Experience in FMCG distribution and dispatch coordination preferred Key Performance Indicators KPIs Order processing accuracy and timeliness On-time dispatch and delivery coordination Quality and timeliness of MIS reports Smooth coordination with sales and operations teams Only relevant experienced candidates send their resumes on (phone hidden) hr ajitbakery in Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 16 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Provident Fund Work Location In person
