Job Summary The Production Manager - Interiors is responsible for planning coordinating and supervising all interior production activities to ensure high-quality output timely delivery and efficient use of resources The role involves managing the production floor ensuring adherence to design specifications quality standards and optimizing manpower and materials Key Responsibilities 1 Production Planning Execution Plan daily weekly and monthly production schedules based on project timelines Coordinate with the design and project management teams to ensure clear understanding of drawings and requirements Allocate resources manpower machinery and materials effectively to meet delivery deadlines Monitor production workflow and ensure timely completion of interior work orders 2 Quality Control Process Improvement Ensure adherence to quality standards at every stage of production Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve quality or process issues Implement continuous improvement techniques to increase productivity and reduce waste 3 Safety Compliance Ensure all safety protocols are followed in the factory production area Maintain proper documentation of production materials and quality reports Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of modular furniture interior production processes Proficiency in reading AutoCAD drawings and BOQs Positive understanding of raw materials finishes and hardware used in interiors Leadership and team management skills Time management and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of production planning tools and ERP systems preferred Bachelor s degree 10 Years of experience in end-to-end Production Robust problem-solving and analytical skills Technical proficiency in relevant modular industry Job Type Full-time Pay 80 800 55 - 90 255 55 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
