Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager with strong expertise in sourcing and closing deals The ideal candidate must have solid knowledge of the KDMC Thane and Navi Mumbai markets and a proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding customer networks Key Responsibilities Source new clients and generate qualified leads through various channels Drive the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently Expand the customer base by identifying new markets and business opportunities Improve sales closing ratios through effective negotiation and client management Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing across KDMC Thane and Navi Mumbai Prepare sales reports forecasts and performance metrics for management review Guide and support team members to enhance productivity and achieve goals Required Experience Skills Minimum 4 years of experience in sourcing and closing deals Strong market knowledge of KDMC Thane and Navi Mumbai regions Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks effectively Strong networking ability and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities Team management or team handling experience preferred Key Competencies Target-oriented and self-driven Strong sales closing ability Market awareness and customer insight Leadership and team motivation High integrity and professionalism Job Type Full time Pay 420 000 00 - 480 000 00 per year Work Location In person
