AVP role involves leading a team of underwriters in India to manage acquisitions underwriting and asset management This position requires strategic leadership process optimization and collaboration with U S teams to drive operational efficiency and investor returns -Gain full understanding of how to underwrite all the components of property underwriting and act as India Subject Matter Expert SME for Investments team -Serve as the SME to develop and drive the L D program and training for the Investments teams -Improve productivity and ensure delivery of high-quality services out of India to support Investment activities -Develop and implement quality control protocols and procedures to ensure high productivity and high-quality work product is delivered on a timely consistent and accurate manner -Continuously drive process improvement and automation for Investments team workflows -Use data and other tools to transform business processes proactively identify trends find root causes for challenges or inefficiencies develop solutions and action plans using technology and ensure timely execution of deliverables -Collaborate with the US managers and teams to evaluate existing processes for efficiency opportunities drive incremental change and incentivize performance improvements -Convey innovative ideas that question the status quo and achieve return on investment -Establish monitor and communicate performance on key metrics to stakeholders Lead investment initiatives for a 15bn RE portfolioexposure to U S real estate markets MBA from Tier-1 college CFA preferred 10 years in underwriting asset management or real estate disciplines Robust proficiency in Excel PowerPoint SQL Python a plus Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-intensity setting Real estate investment and operating platform headquartered in New York Strategic leadership role in a global real estate investment firm Exposure to U S real estate markets and advanced analytics Hybrid work model with adaptable shifts Opportunity to influence process innovation and manage a team
