Job Title HR Head Experience Required 1-5 Years Industry Real Estate Preferred but not mandatory Location Kharadi Pune Employment Type Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Head to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HR experience with a solid advantage for candidates who have worked in the Real Estate Sector This role requires excellent leadership abilities strong communication skills and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals Roles and Responsibilities - Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes including sourcing interviewing and onboarding Develop and implement HR policies procedures and best practices Manage employee relations conflict resolution and grievance handling Ensure compliance with labor laws regulations and company policies Lead performance management processes and support department heads with performance reviews Plan and implement training development programs to enhance employee skills Handle payroll coordination attendance monitoring and benefits administration Maintain HR records employee databases and HRIS systems Support organizational development initiatives and HR strategic planning Foster a positive work culture that promotes employee engagement and retention Required Qualifications Skills - Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field MBA in HR is a plus Minimum 5 years of professional HR experience Experience in the Real Estate industry is a strong advantage Strong knowledge of HR laws compliance and HR best practices Exceptional interpersonal communication and leadership skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Work Location In person
