Job Summary We are looking for dynamic motivated and customer-focused Academic Counselors cum Telecallers to join our team The role involves guiding prospective students about our courses handling admission enquiries and supporting them throughout the admission process Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective students and follow up on enquiries Provide detailed information about our courses eligibility fees and advantages Counsel students to help them choose the right course according to their profile Maintain and update student enquiry database CRM Schedule and coordinate counseling sessions interviews and admission meetings Handle walk-in enquiries and provide professional guidance Achieve weekly monthly targets for enquiries admissions and conversions Assist in marketing activities such as seminars webinars and promotional events Build a positive relationship with students and ensure excellent service throughout the admission cycle Required Skills Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam Hindi is an added advantage Solid convincing and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM tools Customer service-oriented approach Qualifications Minimum Any Degree Experience 0-2 years in counseling telecalling customer service or education industry preferred Freshers with good communication skills may also apply Salary Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Attractive incentives for achieving targets Professional training and career growth opportunities Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location In person
