Role HR Generalist Location Bangalore Mumbai Work Mode Hybrid Full -Time Experience 2 to 4 years Preferably in a Digital Marketing or Advertising Agency About the Role We re looking for an enthusiastic and people-driven HR Generalist to join our growing team In this role you ll manage the core HR functions that keep Clevertize running smoothly from employee engagement and performance management to HR operations and culture building You ll be the go-to person for all things people ensuring that every team member feels valued supported and aligned with our creative vision Key Responsibilities 1 Employee Lifecycle Management Oversee onboarding induction and exit formalities Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Coordinate probation confirmations appraisals and transfers 2 HR Operations Compliance Manage attendance leave and payroll coordination Ensure compliance with statutory requirements PF ESIC Gratuity etc Maintain and update HR policies and SOPs 3 Performance Management Support the design and execution of the performance review cycle Assist managers in setting KPIs and evaluating team performance 4 Employee Engagement Culture Plan and execute employee engagement activities rewards recognition programs and team events Conduct regular feedback sessions and pulse checks to ensure employee satisfaction Foster an inclusive and positive work environment that reflects Clevertize s culture 5 Recruitment Support Collaborate with the recruitment team for hiring coordination and onboarding recent hires Maintain hiring trackers and assist in candidate documentation 6 Learning Development Coordinate internal and external training sessions Track learning outcomes and support continuous growth initiatives What You ll Bring to the Table 2 to 4 years of experience as an HR Generalist preferably in a digital creative or advertising setup Strong understanding of HR processes labour laws and compliance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A proactive approach with strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
