Key Responsibilities 1 Recruitment Onboarding Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing screening interviewing and closing candidates Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements Plan and execute smooth onboarding and induction for recent hires 2 HR Operations Compliance Maintain and update employee records in HRMS Manage attendance leave payroll inputs and salary administration Ensure compliance with labor laws statutory requirements and company policies Prepare HR reports and documentation 3 Employee Engagement Culture Plan and implement employee engagement activities and events Build and maintain a positive work environment Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution 4 Performance Management Coordinate annual quarterly performance appraisal cycles Track employee performance and assist in setting goals and KPIs Support managers with performance improvement plans PIPs 5 Training Development Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training programs Monitor learning and development outcomes 6 HR Policy Process Improvement Assist in reviewing updating and implementing HR policies Identify areas for process improvements and support HR automation initiatives Qualifications Skills Bachelor s or Master s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field 4-5 years of hands-on experience in HR Generalist or HR Manager roles Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices Excellent communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools Ability to multitask and work independently Job Type Full-time Pay 45 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location In person
