JOB Description Supervisor 1 Team Management o Supervise daily activities of promoters o Assign daily targets and ensure timely completion o Provide guidance motivation and on-ground support to the team o Conduct briefings and in store sale training to promoters 2 Operational Responsibilities o Monitor store operations to ensure smooth functioning o Ensure availability of stock materials and coordinate with relevant teams o Handle customer queries or escalations professionally o Track daily sales targets and share with higher management on daily basis Skills Qualifications o Minimum 1-3 years of experience in supervision retail operations or team handling roles o Strong communication and people-management skills o Ability to handle pressure and resolve issues quickly o Basic knowledge of reporting formats Job Type Full time Pay 17 000 00 - 18 000 00 per month Work Location In person
