About the Role We are seeking a talented and innovative Graphic Designer to join our digital marketing team The ideal candidate should be highly creative detail-oriented and capable of producing visually compelling designs that elevate brand identity and support marketing campaigns You will collaborate with the content and social media teams to create eye-catching designs for various digital platforms Key Responsibilities Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts ads reels website banners brochures presentations and other marketing materials Design brand identities including logos typography and color palettes Develop creative concepts and design strategies for campaigns Collaborate with the content marketing and video editing teams to maintain brand consistency Adapt and repurpose designs for different platforms Instagram LinkedIn Facebook YouTube Website Stay updated with design trends tools styles and industry standards Manage multiple design projects and deliver within deadlines Edit and enhance photos or illustrations when required Provide cutting-edge design ideas to elevate the overall creative quality Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or related field Proven experience as a Graphic Designer preferably in a digital marketing agency Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Canva Figma or similar tools Strong visual sense creativity and attention to detail Ability to understand and translate brand requirements into impactful designs Good communication and teamwork skills Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Preferred Skills Motion graphics or basic video editing Adobe After Effects Premiere Pro UI UX basics and website layout design experience Illustration or digital art skills Knowledge of AI design tools Job Type Full-time Pay 10 685 65 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
