1 Site Execution Supervision Lead construction activities as per drawings specifications and project plans Monitor daily progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones Supervise site engineers supervisors and subcontractors 2 Quality Control Compliance Ensure adherence to quality standards materials and workmanship Conduct inspections for civil structural MEP and finishing works Ensure compliance with building codes safety regulations and company standards 3 Coordination Coordinate with architects structural consultants contractors and vendors Handle in office queries with design technical teams Attend project meetings and prepare technical updates 4 Project Management Assist in planning scheduling and resource allocation Identify risks and delays and propose corrective actions Support the Project Manager in documentation reporting and approvals 5 Material Management Verify material quality quantity and timely availability Coordinate with procurement for delivery and stock management Maintain updated records of material consumption 6 Safety Compliance Ensure site safety practices are followed Conduct toolbox talks and safety inspections Report incidents and maintain safety documentation For further details please connect on (phone hidden) between 12-6pm monday to saturday Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 68 per month Work Location In person
