Location Britfort Academy Kottakkal Job Type Full-Time About the Role Britfort Academy is hiring a Full-Time IELTS Trainer to deliver high-quality training for students preparing for IELTS Academic and General modules The trainer will handle daily classes mock tests and academic support to help learners achieve their target band scores Key Responsibilities Conduct daily IELTS classes Listening Reading Writing and Speaking Prepare lesson plans and structured study materials Handle batch sessions one-to-one training and doubt-clearing sessions Conduct mock tests evaluate answer sheets and provide feedback Guide students on exam strategies and test techniques Maintain academic records and student progress reports Participate in academic meetings training and curriculum development Ensure high standards of teaching and consistent student improvement Requirements Excellent command of spoken and written English Strong knowledge of IELTS exam format and band descriptors Bachelor s degree preferred English or related field advantageous Experience in IELTS training is preferred freshers with strong English may also apply Good communication presentation and classroom management skills Salary Range 15 000 - 20 000 per month based on experience Additional performance incentives may be provided Benefits Supportive academic environment Trainer development and skill-upgradation programs Opportunities for career growth Job Type Full time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
