We are looking for a creative and technical Multimedia Designer to join our Marketing Creative team In this role you will be the bridge between static design and motion with a primary focus on high-quality video editing and motion graphics You won t just be cutting footage you will be telling stories You will transform raw clips into engaging social media content advertisements and brand assets that capture attention within the first 3 seconds Key Responsibilities 1 Video Editing Motion Graphics 70 Focus End-to-End Editing Edit raw footage into polished videos for Instagram Reels TikTok YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn ads Creative Storytelling Add engaging text overlays smooth transitions sound effects SFX and background music to improve viewer retention Motion Graphics Create animated titles logos and lower-thirds using After Effects to give videos a premium feel Color Audio Perform basic color correction grading and audio mixing cleaning up noise syncing music beat-drops Format Optimization Ensure all videos are exported in the correct aspect ratios 9 16 1 1 16 9 for different platforms 2 Graphic Design Static Assets 30 Focus Thumbnails Covers Design high-CTR Click Through Rate thumbnails for YouTube and cover images for Reels Social Graphics Create static carousels infographics and promotional banners using Photoshop Illustrator Brand Consistency Ensure all visual assets fonts colors logos align strictly with our brand identity Requirements Experience Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a video editing or multimedia design role Agency or In-house Software Proficiency Adobe Creative Cloud Expert Premiere Pro Video Editing Advanced Photoshop Illustrator Graphics Intermediate After Effects Motion Graphics Social Media Native You understand what makes a video viral pacing hooks and trending audio Portfolio A showreel or portfolio link is mandatory It must demonstrate your ability to edit rapid-paced social content and clean corporate videos Soft Skills Creativity You don t just wait for instructions you suggest new creative ideas and visual styles Time Management Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality Communication Capable of explaining your design choices to non-design team members clearly Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Experience total work 1 year Preferred Work Location In person
