practices Responsibilities Manage and administer the Microsoft 365 M365 environment including Exchange Online SharePoint Online OneDrive for Business Teams and other M365 applications Exchange Online Manage mail flow connectors transport rules anti-spam anti-phish quarantine Safe Links Safe Attachments shared resources permissions M365 Groups and recipient management SharePoint Online Administer site collections site architecture permissions and sharing content types search hub sites and storage governance settings Teams Configure policies app permissions meeting settings Teams Phone Direct Routing Operator Connect call queues auto attendants Teams Rooms Devices call analytics and CQD OneDrive Manage sync client Known Folder Move sharing external access storage retention and device
