Job description Senior Business Analyst Entra Solutions A BSI Financial Services company is a FinTech company specialized in technology based financial solutions and services for the mortgage Industry We are a people-focused growth-oriented innovative company and we re looking for people like you to make a positive change and join our team today This role will need to identify the customer needs and the larger business objectives that a product or feature will fulfill articulate what success looks like for a product and rally a team to turn that vision into a reality Take complete ownership of the products that are assigned by monitoring the market developing competitive analysis defining vision and aligning stakeholders around the vision of the product Participating in all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle SDLC this individual identifies and refines Business Objectives Rules and Requirements then facilitates the construction verification and implementation of the associated solution What You Will do Analysing product performance and redesigning as required Designing developing and managing activities from product definition planning to production and release Developing the product strategy and roadmap Managing prioritisation and trade-offs between customer experience business impact performance and post-launch support Working cross-functionally with design and technology teams to ensure timely and quality release of product enhancements Responsible for managing project tasks and expectations including coordinating communications scheduling and participation of personnel required for project design development and implementation Supports main system application users in the preparation of detailed system specifications and application structure documentation including the analysis and documentation of business processes related to Bank financial systems Identifies affected systems in order to ensure continued strong level of system integration Assists users in the functional acceptance testing and conversion of current applications or existing application release updates Provide periodic updates to the Executive Sponsors review timelines and provide assistance to ensure projects stay within the projected delivery timeframes Become the Subject Matter Expert for implementation process flows and develop supporting documentation for the Business Solutions Team What We re Looking For Strong background in software engineering as well as prior experience in product management Prior experience in managing a product throughout its lifecycle Ability to assess capability gaps and identify new capabilities required by the enterprise Understand the organization s business and how the technology supports the business Experience translating business needs and stakeholder s visions into technical requirements Ability to determine probability of the occurrence Conduct analysis and root cause of defect Facilitate meetings to gather feedback on requirements and solution results Experience providing detail actionable requirements Stories Documenting process maps Ability to provide Scenarios and or use cases Proficient with Data Flow Diagrams Experience with Analysis and submission of Change Control Form Bachelors or Master s degree in Information Systems or Business Administration Minimum of 4-6 years experience in product management Experience creating technical documentation including requirements definition test plans and use case scenarios Proven technical writing and editing capabilities knowledge of desktop publishing software preferred Mortgage experience - nice to have Five-9 experience - nice to have Excellent communication skills detail oriented articulate and able to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment What s in it For You Competitive Salary Full Benefits Package PTO Holiday Pay Career Growth Opportunities EEO Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion gender national origin disability status protected veteran status or any other characteristic protected by law
