Job Summary The Accounts Receivable Executive will be responsible for managing and monitoring fee collections invoicing reconciliation and follow-ups related to student payments and institutional receivables The role requires strong attention to detail accuracy and effective communication with students parents and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations Key Responsibilities Generate and issue student fee invoices receipts and statements Track and monitor outstanding dues and follow up with students parents for timely collection Record reconcile and update all student payments in the accounting ERP system Coordinate with the admissions and academic departments to resolve billing or payment-related queries Prepare periodic reports on receivables collections and outstanding balances Ensure compliance with institutional policies and accounting standards Assist in preparing audit schedules and supporting documents Handle fee-related escalations and provide accurate information in a professional manner Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounts receivable records Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Finance or related field Minimum 1 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or general accounting experience in the education sector preferred Knowledge of Tally ERP accounting software Solid numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality Strong organizational and time management skills Job Type Full-time Pay 10 093 39 - 15 000 00 per month Ability to commute relocate Calicut Kerala Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s What is your salary expectation Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Accounting 1 year Preferred Location Calicut Kerala Preferred Work Location In person
