We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities vendor negotiations and inventory control The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective and timely purchasing of materials goods and services that meet company requirements Key Responsibilities Source and evaluate vendors suppliers and negotiate contracts pricing and terms Prepare and process purchase orders POs in accordance with company policies Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse and production teams for material requirements Track and ensure timely delivery of goods and services Maintain accurate records of purchases pricing and other important data Evaluate supplier performance and resolve any supply issues or delays Ensure compliance with legal and company procurement policies and guidelines Collaborate with internal departments e g finance operations production to forecast needs Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and pricing Requirements Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field 2 years of experience in a purchasing procurement role industry-specific experience preferred Robust negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and purchasing software e g SAP Oracle Tally or ERP systems Good organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure Preferred Qualifications Experience in Manufacturing Retail FMCG Construction etc industry Certification in supply chain or procurement e g CIPS CPSM is a plus Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
