Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Civil Loan Sales Executive who can drive loan product sales Home Loan Loan Against Property Construction Loan Personal Loan etc acquire current customers and manage relationships with existing clients The candidate should have prior experience in loan sales BFSI sector excellent communication skills and the ability to achieve consistent sales targets Key Responsibilities Generate business through field sales cold calls references and channel partners Meet and counsel customers to explain loan products eligibility criteria documentation interest rates and repayment terms Manage end-to-end loan processing - application verification and disbursement in coordination with credit operations teams Maintain and grow relationships with customers builders contractors and real estate agents for sustained business Achieve monthly and quarterly loan sales targets as set by the management Keep updated with market conditions competitor offerings and regulatory guidelines Prepare daily sales reports and update CRM branch manager on pipeline Experience Required 2 - 5 years of experience in loan sales Home Loan LAP Mortgage Civil Construction Loans or related BFSI sector Candidates with experience in field sales to builders contractors civil segment will be given preference Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Qualifications Skills Minimum Graduate in any stream Commerce Finance preferred Strong communication negotiation and client-handling skills Good knowledge of loan documentation and KYC requirements Self-motivated target-oriented and willing to travel extensively Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM tools Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 35 359 07 per month Work Location In person
