Center This role is perfect for someone early in their career with a passion for technology strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset You ll be part of a dynamic team that provides remote technical support solves real-world IT challenges and contributes to delivering exceptional customer experiences What you ll do Deliver remote technical support to customers partners and HPE employees resolving hardware and software issues via phone and digital channels Troubleshoot and resolve incidents on various HPE technologies ensuring cases are managed efficiently and customer satisfaction is maintained Collaborate with experienced team members and escalate more complex issues when necessary Document case summaries and resolutions contributing to HPE s Knowledge Management System KMS Continuously build knowledge on HPE technologies tools and processes Play a key role in customer success by proactively identifying common issues and sharing prevention strategies About you Recently completed a Bachelor s or Master s degree in IT Computer Engineering or a related field Excellent communication skills in Italian and English written and spoken French is an advantage A problem-solving mindset and interest in delivering exceptional customer support Comfortable working in a dynamic international and remote-first environment Able to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn Basic understanding of computing storage or peripheral systems is a plus What we d prefer you bring Curiosity for emerging technologies and a desire to grow in the IT support space A commitment to providing outstanding service and a strong sense of accountability Experience in customer-facing roles
