Require candidate for our client a reputed manufacturer of bespoke wooden furniture Job Overview The Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for furniture manufacturing projects by analysing materials labour and production processes They perform quantity take-offs rate analysis and collaborate with design production and procurement teams to ensure cost-effective and feasible project execution Their work supports budgeting pricing and value engineering decisions Responsibilities Lead the estimation process for furniture manufacturing projects considering materials labour and other associated costs Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and specifications Perform detailed quantity take-offs from architectural drawings and project specifications Rate Analysis of all the manufactured products Verify and manage the quantity and quality of materials required for each furniture manufacturing project Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to ensure accurate cost assessments aligned with project requirements Provide cost-related insights to support value engineering and design decisions Requirements 2-5 years of experience in cost estimation within the furniture interior fit- out or Civil industry Proven expertise in quantity take-offs rate analysis and material costing Hands-on experience with technical drawings BOQs and estimation software e g AutoCAD Excel ERP tools Experience working closely with design production and procurement teams to align costs with project requirements Familiarity with woodworking materials furnishing components and production techniques is essential Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Application Question s Do you have hands on experience in technical drawings BOQ and Estimation Yes No Do you have experience in Estimation in the Furniture Interior Industry Yes No Where do you currently reside Work Location In person
