We are seeking an experienced and proactive Accounting Finance Manager to lead our U S financial operations This role is perfect for a strong people manager and accounting expert with a solid foundation in U S GAAP who is eager to expand their skills into taxation You will be responsible for the complete accounting cycle financial reporting team leadership and will receive support to develop expertise in U S tax compliance The ideal candidate is a quick learner a cooperative leader and thrives in a dynamic environment Key Responsibilities Accounting Financial Management Leadership Manage the entire accounting cycle for the U S entity including accounts payable AP accounts receivable AR general ledger GL payroll and month-end year-end close processes Prepare analyze and present monthly quarterly and annual financial statements in full compliance with U S GAAP Lead mentor and develop a junior finance team fostering a culture of accuracy accountability and continuous improvement Oversee and ensure accurate U S payroll processing including compliance with federal state and local regulations Lead the annual budgeting quarterly forecasting and cash flow management processes to provide strategic insights Establish and monitor internal controls and accounting policies to ensure the integrity of financial data Collaborate with executive leadership to provide data-driven financial analysis and strategic recommendations Taxation Compliance With Support This role offers a great opportunity to learn U S taxation While prior tax filing experience is not mandatory the candidate must be ready to quickly learn with support from external advisors Work closely with external tax consultants to prepare information for and manage the filing of all U S tax returns federal state income tax sales use tax Ensure compliance with all IRS and state tax authority requirements and deadlines Manage the preparation and serve as the main internal contact for annual financial audits Qualifications Skills Mandatory A minimum of 5 years of experience in U S accounting and finance management including direct experience leading a team Required Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or a related field Required Strong hands-on knowledge of U S GAAP and end-to-end accounting processes for a U S entity Required Proven experience as a people manager with excellent leadership and mentorship abilities Required A demonstrated ability to learn complex new systems and regulations quickly and effectively Preferred Exposure to tax preparation concepts or a strong desire to develop tax expertise Experience working with external tax advisors is a plus Technical Skills High proficiency in accounting software e g QuickBooks Online NetSuite and advanced Microsoft Excel Must be a proactive detail-oriented problem-solver with exceptional communication skills Must be capable of working independently in a remote setting and collaborating during U S Central Time business hours What We Offer A competitive salary and benefits package A unique opportunity to develop in-depth expertise in U S taxation with mentorship and support Significant autonomy and impact as the key financial leader for our U S operations A flexible fully remote work environment with a supportive and cooperative team Professional development opportunities to grow your career Job Type Full-time Pay 50 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Work Location Remote Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
