Job Title Project Coordinator - Water Treatment Industry Location Thirumudivakkam Chennai Department Projects Operations Reports To Project Manager Director Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Female to support our water treatment projects The ideal candidate will have a background in Chemical Engineering or related fields with robust organizational and communication skills to handle project documentation proposal preparation and client coordination Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day project activities for water and wastewater treatment projects Assist in project planning scheduling and execution in coordination with project managers and engineers Prepare review and maintain technical documentation project files and ISO-compliant records Draft edit and manage project proposals tenders and techno-commercial submissions in coordination with sales and engineering teams Communicate with clients consultants and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress Track project milestones deliverables and deadlines and escalate delays when required Support procurement activities by following up with vendors and suppliers Ensure compliance with safety quality and environmental standards Provide administrative and technical support to ensure successful project delivery Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Chemical Engineering Environmental Engineering Industrial Chemistry or related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in project coordination preferably in the Water Treatment EPC Process Industry Experience in proposal preparation documentation and technical submissions is an advantage Strong understanding of water wastewater treatment processes and basic engineering concepts Excellent communication verbal written and interpersonal skills Proficient in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Project and project documentation tools Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Preferred Attributes Female candidate with strong documentation reporting and proposal drafting skills Self-motivated disciplined and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously Client-oriented approach with problem-solving mindset Compensation Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Career growth opportunities in the water treatment and EPC industry Exposure to large-scale industrial projects Job Type Full-time Pay 16 500 00 - 19 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided
