JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a dedicated Lab Admin to join our LOGIN Team supporting administrative and coordination tasks in our Lube Oil laboratory The ideal candidate should possess a chemistry background with strong computer skills especially in MS Excel and the ability to manage lab documentation with accuracy The candidate will assist in data handling report preparation and day-to-day lab coordination Key Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry and documentation of lab test results Maintain and update Excel-based records for samples reports and inventory Track and manage lab materials chemicals and consumables Assist lab technicians in sample handling and report tracking Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow and reporting Ensure compliance with lab safety protocols and administrative standards Prioritize and manage multiple lab admin duties efficiently Support day-to-day LOGIN Team operations and task coordination Contribute to team collaboration and communication across departments Maintain attention to detail in all records logs and lab-related entries Understand basic testing parameters in lube and fuel oil JOB REQUIREMENTS Education Bsc or Msc in Chemistry Chemical Engineering Environmental Science Petrochemical or a related field Experience Freshers are also welcome Minimum Zero to years of experience in a laboratory setting with a focus on Lube Oil similar petrochemical analysis Skills Required Good communication and coordination skills Strong MS Excel skills data entry formatting formulas Basic understanding of laboratory practices in fuel and oil testing Ability to manage records with accuracy and attention to detail Basic computer proficiency MS Office file organization printing scanning Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Education Bachelor s Required Experience total work 1 year Preferred Location Tambaram Chennai Tamil Nadu Required Shift availability Day Shift Required Night Shift Required Work Location In person
