Key Responsibilities Inspection Testing Conduct in-process and final inspections of steel products billets coils bars sheets etc as per specifications Verify dimensions surface finish hardness and mechanical chemical properties Perform visual and non-destructive testing NDT methods such as UT RT MPI DPI etc Ensure incoming raw materials scrap billets alloys meet quality requirements Compliance Standards Follow and implement ISO BIS ASTM and other relevant quality standards Ensure products comply with customer-specific requirements and industry norms Maintain calibration records of measuring instruments Documentation Reporting Prepare inspection reports NCR Non-Conformance Reports and maintain quality records Update quality logs and share daily weekly inspection reports with management Document deviations and corrective actions taken Coordination Communication Coordinate with production maintenance and dispatch teams to resolve quality issues Provide feedback to production teams to prevent recurrence of defects Assist in customer audits and third-party inspections Continuous Improvement Identify areas for quality improvement and recommend corrective actions Support implementation of lean manufacturing and Six Sigma practices Participate in root cause analysis RCA and corrective preventive action CAPA processes Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
