Production Oversight Manage and coordinate all daily production activities from planning and scheduling to managing workflow and ensuring timely completion of orders Team Leadership Lead mentor and train the production team including supervisors and operators fostering a productive and compliant work environment Quality Control Safety Implement and enforce food safety standards including Good Manufacturing Practices GMP and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points HACCP Inventory Supply Management Monitor and manage inventory levels for ingredients and supplies coordinating with procurement and logistics to ensure materials are available Process Improvement Analyze production data identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and reduce waste Staff Scheduling Management Create staff schedules manage payroll and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet production demands Cross-Departmental Collaboration Liaise with other departments such as QA maintenance and sales to ensure a seamless and efficient overall operation Financial Management Contribute to budgeting cost control and the analysis of sales and profit margins Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 45 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Work Location In person
