Job Description:
Catalyst Education is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Student Counselor to guide prospective students in choosing suitable educational programs. The ideal candidate will interact with students and parents, provide accurate course information, and support the admission process.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding available courses and career opportunities.
Handle inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-in visits.
Explain course details, eligibility,
fees, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective students to convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain student records and update the CRM/database regularly.
Coordinate with the admissions and academic teams for smooth enrollment.
Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with students.
