We're Hiring — Accounts & Finance Executive (Jaipur)

R Taparia & Associates is growing, and we're looking for a dedicated Accounts & Finance Executive to join our Jaipur team.

We're a boutique CA firm working with clients across India, Canada, Australia, the US, the UK, and beyond — handling everything from day-to-day bookkeeping and multi-jurisdiction compliance to Odoo ERP migrations and Virtual CFO engagements. It's varied, fast-moving work with real exposure to international accounting.

What you'll do:

Maintain books of accounts and handle day-to-day accounting

Support GST, TDS, and other compliance filings

Handle client reconciliations, reporting, and month-end close

Assist with financial reporting and Virtual CFO engagements

Work alongside our team on Odoo ERP and client-facing projects

What we're looking for:





Solid grounding in accounting and finance fundamentals

Comfort with Tally / Zoho / Odoo or similar (or willingness to learn)

Attention to detail and a genuine sense of ownership

Good communication for client-facing work

Based in Jaipur (in-office role)

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹40,000/month (based on experience & skills)
