Medowa Global is looking for a passionate and creative Designer who can transform ideas into impactful visuals. If you love design, branding, and digital creativity, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with brand managers to understand campaign goals and required deliverables.
- Interpret briefs and convert concepts into high-quality creative assets.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support design strategies.
- Develop creative ideas aligned with client and brand objectives.
- Design visuals for digital and print media (social, ads, banners, brochures, etc.).
- Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
- Edit basic videos and motion content when required.
- Adapt designs for different platforms and formats.

Technical Skills Required

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Working knowledge of AI design tools
- Intermediate in video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut).
- Understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and composition.

Core Competencies

- Design Principles: Strong sense of colour, imagery, typography, and layout to convey messages effectively.
- Ideation:



Generate and develop creative ideas aligned with client and campaign needs.
- Branding: Understand how brand elements work together to communicate with the target audience.
- Multi-Media Design: Comfortable creating assets across social, web, ads, presentations, and print formats.

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in creative design.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design and video work.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for creativity and continuous learning.

Education:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
