We are looking for an experienced AC Technician to carry out the operation, preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and troubleshooting of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems in a flight catering facility. The role involves working in rotational shifts to ensure uninterrupted operation of critical cold chain and HVAC systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operation, preventive maintenance, and breakdown maintenance of cold rooms, deep freezers, blast chillers, walk-in chillers/freezers, HVAC systems, and air-conditioning plants.
- Troubleshooting and rectification of refrigeration, electrical, and control system faults.
- Monitoring operating parameters such as temperature, pressure, refrigerant levels, and compressor performance.




- Carrying out gas charging, leak detection, repairs, and replacement of refrigeration components.
- Maintaining service records, checklists, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Coordinating with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
