About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Chartered Accountancy practice in Bhopal. The role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior Chartered Accountants and gain exposure to accounting, taxation, compliance, and financial advisory assignments.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We welcome applications from:

- Fresh Chartered Accountants (CA) with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (excluding articleship), including those who have attempted independent practice and are looking to grow within a professional team.
- Women Chartered Accountants with 3–5 years of experience who are restarting their careers after a family break and wish to establish themselves professionally in Bhopal.
- CA (Inter) candidates with 5+ years of relevant experience (excluding articleship), preferably from corporate backgrounds, seeking better career growth and learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Work as an Executive Assistant to Senior Chartered Accountants and execute assignments as per professional standards and guidance.
- Finalize books of accounts for corporate and non-corporate clients.
- Coordinate with clients' accounting teams and external accounting service providers.
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory compliances.
- Prepare and file GST returns,



TDS returns, and related compliance documents.
- Assist in financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, and taxation assignments.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
- Support senior professionals in advisory, accounting, and compliance projects.

Required Qualification

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience (excluding articleship), OR
- CA (Inter) with 5+ years of relevant experience (excluding articleship).

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Statements.
- Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
- Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple assignments effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation

Salary: Depends on Interview Performance, Qualification, and Experience.

Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
