Night Manager – Hospital

Location: Ghaziabad

We are hiring a Night Manager for a reputed hospital in Ghaziabad.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee overall hospital operations during night shifts
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, housekeeping, security, and support teams
- Handle patient grievances and emergency situations promptly
- Ensure smooth admission, discharge, and patient care processes
- Monitor staff attendance and shift deployment
- Ensure hospital policies, safety protocols, and NABH standards are followed
- Prepare night shift reports and handover updates to management
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure uninterrupted operations

Requirements:

- Graduate / MBA / Hospital Administration preferred
- 3–8 years of experience in hospital operations or administration
- Experience managing night shift hospital operations preferred
- Solid leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to handle emergencies and work independently

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
