Job Description – Ice Cream Server (Softy Counter)

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting products.
- Prepare and serve softy ice cream, cones, cups, sundaes and other desserts as per company standards.
- Ensure accurate portion control and attractive product presentation.
- Operate the POS system and handle billing and cash transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the softy machine, counter and service area.
- Refill cones, cups, toppings, syrups, tissues and other supplies.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and personal grooming standards at all times.
- Monitor product quality and report any machine or product issues immediately.
- Assist in daily opening and closing activities of the counter.
- Maintain stock records and inform the supervisor about shortages.
- Handle customer complaints politely and escalate issues when required.
- Support the restaurant team during peak business hours whenever required.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
