HamBOLDS Private Limited is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end HR operations and lead a growing HR team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in HR management, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management, preferably within a D2C, cosmetics, beauty, or personal care company.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and offer closures.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders.
- Roll out offer letters, maintain regular follow-ups, and ensure smooth candidate onboarding.
- Collect and verify employee documents, maintain HR records, and support induction processes.




- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and HR documentation.
- Publish job postings on various job portals and support employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic HRMS/HR systems.
- Strong communication, coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Prior experience in the Beauty, Personal Care, Cosmetics, FMCG, or D2C industry is preferred.

Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (6 Days)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
