Are you a high-energy sales and marketing professional looking to drive massive growth in the Ed-Tech space? A3 IT Skill Solutions is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to spearhead our franchise expansion and student enrollment initiatives in Jaipur!

Your Role & Responsibilities

- Franchise Expansion: Identify, pitch, and onboard new franchise partners to expand our brand footprint.
- Business Development: Drive student walk-ins and enrollments for our premium IT courses (Python, Full Stack, Data Analytics, AI, Cloud Computing).
- B2B & B2C Marketing: Lead local marketing campaigns, college tie-ups, and seminars to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Lead Conversion: Connect with potential prospects, understand their career goals, and pitch our job-ready internship and training programs.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing franchise partners and institutional stakeholders.





What We Are Looking For

- Experience: 0–3 years of proven experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (Ed-Tech or Education sector experience is a huge plus!).
- Skills: Excellent communication, persuasive negotiation skills, and a result-oriented mindset.
- Local Insight: Strong knowledge of the Jaipur market and educational landscape.
- Drive: Self-motivated individuals who thrive on targets and building networks.
