Qualification & Experience

CS with minimum 1-2 years of experience, preferably in IBC.

-Preference will be given to candidates having good drafting skills and additional qualification of LLB.

· In-depth knowledge of laws

· Proficient in application of general laws

· Experience in interpreting legislation into practical application

· Keen sensitivity to urgent deadlines

· Solution oriented, having the drive for getting the solution to a given problem while looking at the bigger picture.

· Quick learner with the ability to multi-task, and balance priorities and shifting deadlines

· Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills

· Excellent written and oral communication skills, presentation and negotiation skills

Job Profile

·To draft the cases.





·To ensure that legal documents are drafted reviewed and interpreted as per applicable laws

·To ensure that all legal opinions and advice commissioned are stored in the legal advice database

·Provide support on Legal Research projects and process maintenance activities.

·Assist the senior officers to handle disciplinary committee and disciplinary cases of IIIPI.

Nature of Employment

· On Contract basis for a period of one year as full-time employment (Renewable thereafter at discretion of IIIPI)

Annual CTC

· Rs. 5.0 to 6.0 Lakhs approx.

Job Types: Full time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
