- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production and utility equipment.
- Ensure smooth operation of manufacturing and packing machines with minimum downtime.
- Monitor and maintain HVAC, compressed air, purified water, and other utility systems.
- Support calibration activities for production and utility instruments.
- Assist in equipment qualification activities (IQ, OQ, and PQ).
- Maintain engineering logs, maintenance records, and GMP documentation.
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, and Validation departments for maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal, customer, and regulatory audits and close engineering-related observations.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with external vendors for AMC, repairs, and equipment servicing.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and raise purchase requisitions when required.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and engineering SOPs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
