- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
- Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Explain company products/services clearly and effectively
- Generate and qualify leads for sales
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and conversions
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer details
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Handle customer objections professionally
Requirements
- Valuable communication skills (verbal and listening)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
- Ability to persuade and negotiate
- Positive attitude and target-driven mindset
- Fluency in English/Hindi
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
