Job Objective

Prow Services is looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online marketplace operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, catalog management, marketplace advertising, sales performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, JioMart, Zepto, Instamart, and other e-commerce marketplaces.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage product listings, cataloging, pricing, and inventory across multiple e-commerce marketplaces.
- Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and A+ Content to improve product visibility and conversions.
- Monitor account health and resolve listing issues, suppressed listings, and marketplace-related errors.
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns, deals, coupons, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory planning, order processing, logistics, and customer support.
- Track daily sales performance, advertising metrics, and marketplace KPIs.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities to improve sales, product rankings, and overall marketplace performance.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay updated with marketplace policies, new platform features, and industry trends.
- Ensure smooth execution of all marketplace operations while maintaining high performance standards.

Skills & Qualifications





- 1–2 years of experience in managing Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Blinkit, or other e-commerce marketplaces.
- Valuable understanding of product listing, catalog management, marketplace operations, and account management.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, deals, promotions, and campaign management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience working in an E-Commerce Agency or Digital Marketing Agency will be preferred.
- Familiarity with Quick Commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, or Instamart will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and performance targets.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for e-commerce growth and marketplace optimization.
