We are looking for a tech-savvy and result-oriented Digital Operations & AI Integration Manager to manage our website, office systems, and business development tools while implementing AI-based automation to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate business growth.

This role is ideal for candidates who can combine technology, automation, and business strategy to streamline operations and support revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:1. Website & Digital Platform Management

- Manage and update company website (content, services, SEO basics)
- Ensure proper lead capture system integration
- Optimize landing pages for lead conversion
- Monitor website performance and user behavior

2. Office Operations & Automation

- Digitize office processes (documentation, billing, CRM, MIS)
- Implement tools for:
- Attendance & payroll tracking
- Client management (CRM)
- Task & workflow management
- Reduce manual work through automation tools

3. AI Integration & Smart Tools Implementation

- Integrate AI tools for:
- Lead generation & filtering
- Chatbots / auto-response systems
- Proposal & document drafting
- Data analysis & reporting
- Identify and implement cost-saving AI solutions
- Train team on usage of AI tools

4. Business Development Support

- Support lead generation through:
- Website funnels
- Digital campaigns
- Automation tools
- Assist sales team with:
- Proposal creation
- Client follow-ups (automated systems)
- Improve conversion rate and client onboarding process

5. Cost Optimization & Efficiency

- Identify areas of operational cost reduction
- Replace manual processes with low-cost digital tools
- Improve productivity with time-bound execution strategies

6. MIS,



Reporting & Data Management

- Maintain dashboards for:
- Leads
- Revenue
- Team productivity
- Generate weekly/monthly performance reports
- Track ROI of digital tools and campaigns

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress or similar)
- Understanding of AI tools (ChatGPT, automation tools, CRM, etc.)
- Strong skills in MS Excel / Google Sheets / MIS
- Knowledge of digital marketing & lead generation (preferred)
- Problem-solving and process optimization mindset
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)

Eligibility:

- Graduate / Diploma (IT, BCA, BBA, MBA, or related field preferred)
- Freshers with strong digital skills can apply
- Experience in operations, IT, digital marketing, or automation is an advantage
