Bridge – A Padmalaya Company is hiring a Technical Product Manager.

We are looking for a developer-turned-product skilled who understands technology beyond roadmaps and lending beyond workflows.

Someone who can speak Engineering, Product, and Digital Lending with equal confidence.

Location: Delhi NCR | In-Office
Experience: 6–7+ Years
CTC: Up to ₹15 LPA

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

— End-to-end technical product lifecycle
— Product roadmaps, technical requirements & system workflows
— LOS & LMS product development and enhancements
— API and third-party FinTech integrations
— Digital lending journeys from onboarding to collections
— Product backlogs, sprint priorities, UAT & releases
— System scalability, automation & product optimization
— Collaboration across Engineering, Risk, Credit & Operations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

— B.Tech/B.E. in CS, IT, or a related technical discipline
— Prior hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer




— 6–7+ years of experience in Product & Technology roles
— Strong experience in FinTech / Digital Lending
— Hands-on experience with LOS & LMS is mandatory
— Strong understanding of APIs, databases, microservices & system integrations
— Deep understanding of end-to-end lending workflows
