Job Title: Aptitude Trainer

Location: Adithya Institution, Kurumbapalayam

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 1–3 years preferred

Job Description:
Adithya Institution is looking for an experienced Aptitude Trainer to train students for placement readiness through structured aptitude and reasoning sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver training in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability
- Conduct mock tests, interview preparation, and group discussions
- Prepare training materials and evaluate student progress
- Mentor students for campus recruitment success

Required Skills:

- Strong aptitude and reasoning knowledge
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Placement training experience
- Student mentoring ability
- Organizational and time management skills
- MS Office proficiency

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or any relevant field
- Prior experience in aptitude or placement training preferred
