Job Title: Big Bike Executive (Premium Motorcycle Sales & Experience Specialist)

Job Overview: We are seeking a passionate, high-energy Big Bike Executive to drive sales and deliver an premium customer experience for our luxury, high-displacement motorcycle segment at Aerowheel Suzuki Premium Showroom. You will act as a brand ambassador, guiding enthusiast riders from their initial inquiry to final delivery and community integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Drive: Achieve monthly sales targets for premium motorcycles, riding gear, and official accessories.
- Lead Management: Qualify and nurture inbound leads through CRM tracking, phone calls, and digital outreach.
- Product Demonstration: Conduct deep-dive product walkthroughs explaining advanced electronics, mechanical specs, and performance dynamics.
- Test Rides: Organize, manage, and safely lead customer test ride experiences on premium routes.
- Community Engagement: Plan and participate in weekend customer group rides, track days, and showroom launch events.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term networks with local riding clubs and premium automotive enthusiasts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Motorcycle Mastery: Valid unrestricted motorcycle driver's license with an impeccable riding safety record.




- Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of superbikes, adventure tourers, cruisers, and contemporary riding technologies (ABS, Traction Control, Quickshifters).
- Sales Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of experience in premium automotive, luxury retail, or high-end hospitality sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to converse effortlessly with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs).
- Physical Capability: Ability to safely handle, push, and maneuver heavy, high-displacement motorcycles (200kg+).
