Job Title: Quality Control (QC) & Operations Executive Job Description Kick And Spice LLP is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Quality Control & Operations Executive to oversee product quality, production processes, and day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate should have valuable knowledge of quality control procedures, documentation, food safety standards, and operational coordination. Key Responsibilities Conduct quality checks of raw materials and finished products. Monitor production and packing processes to ensure quality standards are maintained. Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices. Inspect products for quality, appearance, packaging, and labelling. Maintain QC records, inspection reports, and production-related documents. Coordinate with production, packing, warehouse, and other departments. Monitor inventory and report any quality or operational issues.



Ensure proper batch coding, labelling, and packaging standards. Identify and report non-conformities and assist in corrective actions. Support day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow. Follow company policies and food safety procedures. Requirements Qualification in Food Technology / Microbiology / Chemistry / Dairy Technology / Quality Control or a related field. Experience in Food Industry / Quality Control / Operations will be an advantage. Good communication and coordination skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and a responsible attitude. Job Type Full-time
