We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager – Industrial Construction to oversee entire project lifecycle of industrial construction projects across Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements. This role requires solid project management capabilities, technical expertise, and the ability to coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes across diverse industrial sites.

Candidate comfortable for PAN Maharashtra location will be added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

Establishing and managing the project budget, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Creating and maintaining project schedules,



ensuring timely completion of milestones, and managing potential delays.

Overseeing the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.

Ensuring that the project meets quality standards, adhering to building codes, and conducting inspections.

Ensuring that all safety regulations and procedures are followed on the construction site.

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
