Job Title: Social Media Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our brand's online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience in content planning, social media management, and performance tracking while staying updated with the latest digital trends.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns.
- Write compelling captions, reels/scripts, and social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors for content creation.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with the online community.
- Track key performance metrics and prepare monthly social media reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends, viral content, and platform algorithm changes.
- Execute influencer collaborations and brand partnership campaigns.
- Run basic paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads experience is an advantage).




- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and social media scheduling tools.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or video editing tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media insights is preferred.
