Position: QA/QC Engineer – RMC, Batching Plant & PrecastExperience: 0–3 Years

Salary:₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month

Qualification:• B.E. Civil / DCE Civil

Industry Preference:• Ready Mix Concrete (RMC), Precast, Concrete Products, Construction Materials

Facilities:• Guest House Accommodation Provided Near Plant

Job Responsibilities:• Quality control and quality assurance activities for RMC and precast products• Operate and supervise batching plant operations as a batching plant operator• Monitoring concrete production, batching accuracy, and material quality• Knowledge of concrete mix design, slump test, cube test, and lab procedures• Preparation and maintenance of QA/QC reports and documentation• Strong documentation and communication handling with clients and internal teams• Material reconciliation and consumption tracking• Raw material inspection and inventory monitoring• Awareness and implementation of ISO systems and quality procedures• Knowledge and implementation of ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) requirements• Coordination with production, dispatch, procurement, and site teams• Maintaining testing records, calibration records,



and quality registers• Handling customer quality concerns and corrective actions• Maintaining safety, housekeeping, and operational discipline at plant• Ensuring compliance with company quality standards and project specifications

Requirements:• 0–3 years experience in QA/QC, RMC, batching plant, or precast industry• Basic knowledge of concrete technology and batching plant operations• Ability to operate batching plant independently preferred• Strong documentation and reporting skills• Knowledge of ISO systems, ITP procedures, and material reconciliation• Computer literacy and email communication required• Valuable communication and coordination skills• Immediate joining preferred
