Job Summary

IITG.Jobs is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support key HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations, documentation, payroll coordination, and compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills with a passion for human resources.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.

Manage onboarding documentation and maintain employee records.

Maintain attendance, leave records, HR trackers, and MIS reports.

Assist with payroll coordination and attendance-related queries.

Support implementation of HR policies and administrative processes.

Handle employee documentation and routine HR queries.





Assist in exit formalities, including resignation processing and clearance.

Ensure HR documentation complies with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Graduate/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related field.

1–4 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or HR generalist roles.

Positive understanding of HR processes and documentation.

Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
